I won this book from a Goodreads giveaway a few months ago and finally found the time to read this book. Just from the cover, I knew this book was going to be interesting, and I was right! This book is very interesting and fascinating to read.

This book is about a girl named, Hayden Heyer, who is a normal 15 year old girl but, is she? One day two mysterious guys come to attend her school and Hayden automatically knows there’s something odd about them. But despite this, she wants to get to know them. Thrown into a world with danger, guardians, balancers, and angels, Hayden knows her life will never be the same again. But this isn’t all she has to deal with. The biggest question Hayden has to figure out is: who is she falling for? James, the fun, challenging, and at times, rude one? Or Joe, the sweet, kind yet sort of boring and safe one? Both guys have so much to offer her, but it’s up to her to follow her heart and choose the guy she loves.

This book has adventure, romance, a bit of action, and a truly interesting and unique plot. I’m interested to find out what is in store for Hayden, James, and Joe in the next book.

The beginning of a young woman’s adventure. . .

This review is from: Hayden Heyer and the Twin Guardian (Paperback)

Hayden Heyer and the Twin Guardians is the beginning of a young woman’s journey about spirituality and relationships. She is a sheltered teenager who lives with her unperfect family. Resenting school and the bullies at school, she somehow manages to get into contact with two strangers who help her begin her spiritual journey. This is part one of her adventure and I enjoyed reading it, although, it would appeal to a younger audience (6-14 years of age) due to the fact that the character isn’t mature herself. There is also Twilight and Harry Potter thematic elements that will appeal to fans of those series.
